Restarting the Journey

After a couple years of injuries and health issues, that have kept me from a consistent running routine, I am finally ready to try again.

Running is where I get to clear my mind of all the hustle and bustle of the real world. My mind drifts through all different kinds of topics without me actually having to think about them. It keeps me sane.

To keep from going out too fast too soon I am starting slowly. Thirty minutes, 3 days a week, which includes a 5 minute warm up and cool down.

I have 1 run completed already and it felt amazing!
